Global Management Reimagined: Solutions for a Geopolitically Complex Future
30th -31st October 2025
The Faculty of Management from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (Romania) organizes every year in October-November the International Management Conference in partnership with Romanian Academic Society of Management (RASM)). Starting 2022 Academy of Romanian Scientist (AOSR) joined our conference as a valuable partner.
The IMC gives participants the opportunity to exchange ideas on the latest business’ issues and challenges in the field of management at national and international level. At this scientific networking event researchers and practitioners from universities and industries can debate and join their efforts in finding solutions and answers to the most urgent questions that management is confronted with in the reality of the 21st century.
The 19th edition of the International Management Conference aims for collaboration and joint efforts among the conference participants toward identifying innovative managerial tools, methods, and solutions to navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape and reimagine global management for a more resilient and cooperative future.
The previous editions of the conference had different themes, such as: New Management for the New Economy, Management Challenges for Sustainable Development, Challenges of Modern Management, Management Perspectives in the Digital Era, Management Strategies for High Performance, Management in the Algorithmic Era: Harmonizing AI Mastery and Human Collaboration etc.
The conference proceedings were published as books, as special numbers of journals and on CD with ISSN. Beginning with 2012 the conference proceedings (CD with ISSN) are listed in RePEc. Between 2012 and 2019, the conference proceedings were indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Social Science and Humanities (CPCI-SSH), part of the Web of Science Core Collection. IMC continues to align its editorial practices and content with Web of Science selection criteria by enhancing relevance, originality, and methodological rigor. The conference proceedings will be submitted for indexation in Web of Science.
