Tetsuya Kaida, born on October 1, 1959, in Gifu, Japan, is a renowned leader and innovator in the fields of corporate strategy, value creation, and innovation management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Tokyo in 1983 and began his career at Toyota Motor Corporation, where he served in various high-level roles until 2012. His contributions to Toyota include leading projects such as the development of hybrid technology, including the iconic Prius, and initiating cross-industry collaborations and innovative concepts like the Virtual Venture Company and i-Real mobility.
In 2012, Kaida founded Kaze Creative, a consultancy dedicated to fostering innovation through cross-industrial value creation. He is also a professor of Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation Management at Nagaoka University of Technology. His work continues to influence not only the automotive industry but also education, fashion, and social impact initiatives globally.

Adrian Măniuțiu was born in Cluj-Napoca in 1979 and studied business and marketing in Germany (Uni Mannheim and Uni Osnabrück) and Romania, in Cluj (UBB). He worked in the investment and real estate development sectors, and 11 years ago, he founded PhotoMedia – later transformed into EM360 GROUP – an expanding agency with a team of over 15 people, focused on creative marketing, media productions, communication strategies, reputation management, and crisis communication management.
With a diverse experience in television, both as a TV host and presenter, as well as a co-producer and format developer, in 2019, he launched EM360 Studio – a web-TV channel concentrating on premium productions in the areas of economic infotainment, business, and talk shows. Since 2023, he has also been involved in venture projects in the fields of technology, innovation, and industrial inventions. For the past 3 years, he has served as an Ambassador of Entrepreneurship within the European project “Entrepreneur 2020-2024.” Through the NGO BigDreamMedia, attached to the EM360 agency, he coordinates various community development and CSR projects. At the same time, Adrian Măniuțiu has been part of the Antena team for over 12 years, where he has been the host of the show INCOME on Antena3CNN since the summer of 2012. He also collaborates as a guest and contributor on the show IN FATA NATIUNII, also on Antena3CNN, and with the morning show Neatza cu Razvan și Dani on Antena1, where since 2020 he has been presenting a permanent weekly financial education segment

Tudor Grecu was born in Bucharest in 1978 and graduated from the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. He is a Financial Auditor and a member of CAFR and ASPASS, as well as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the UK. Tudor further enhanced his expertise by completing Advanced Insurance education at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. With over 23 years of experience in the Financial Services and Advisory sector at KPMG in Romania and Moldova, he has led audit engagements, due diligence, financial analysis, and advisory services for numerous well-established companies.
Throughout his career, Tudor has adapted to the evolving financial landscape, establishing himself as a forward-thinking leader passionate about progress, technological innovation, and art.
