Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (online with ISSN), which will be submitted for evaluation at Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Web of Science and indexed in REPEC.

The previous editions (from 2012 till 2019) have been evaluated and selected for coverage in CPCI – Web of Science. The International Management Conference (IMC) remains committed to meeting the evolving standards required for Web of Science inclusion.

To increase global discoverability and long-term access, all accepted papers are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs). These DOIs facilitate citation tracking and ensure the proceedings are widely accessible to researchers and practitioners worldwide.

In addition, IMC proceedings are archived using secure, internationally recognized digital platforms to guarantee long-term preservation. This commitment ensures that IMC publications remain an invaluable resource for the academic community.

Selected papers will be published in the journals of the Faculty of Management:

IMC strictly adheres to ethical publishing guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). This includes thorough plagiarism screening, transparent editorial processes, and clear authorship criteria to ensure the integrity and quality of all published materials.
