Submission Rules
Language
All articles must be written in English.
Max. Papers per Author
Each participant may submit maximum 2 papers as author or co-author.
Originality
Submitted papers must be original and not previously published or currently under review elsewhere.
Presentation Duration
20 minutes total: 15 min. presentation + 5 min. Q&A.
Review Process
- A brief editorial review determines the manuscript's appropriateness for the International Management Conference.
- Each manuscript is blind reviewed by two reviewers. The process takes approximately 3 weeks.
- Reviewers evaluate: relevance to conference topic, originality, significance, usefulness, reference to related literature, presentation, and linguistic quality.
- Authors are notified of the outcome: accept, revise and resubmit, or reject, along with reviewer feedback.
- All review comments and suggestions must be addressed in the final submission.
Technical note for presenters: Individuals using computer projection must bring a memory stick or CD containing their presentation.
To avoid compatibility issues, speakers are advised to bring their presentation in .ppt, .pptx, or PDF format.
