Global Management Reimagined: Solutions for a Geopolitically Complex Future

IMC 2025

During October 30–31, 2025, the Faculty of Management within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies organized the 19th edition of the International Management Conference (IMC 2025), titled “Global Management Reimagined: Solutions for a Geopolitically Complex Future.”

This edition was held in partnership with the Romanian Academic Society of Management (RASM) and the Academy of Romanian Scientists (AOSR). The conference sessions brought together scholars, practitioners, and business leaders to exchange ideas on innovative managerial tools, methods, and solutions to navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape and reimagine global management for a more resilient and cooperative future.

IMC 2012

The 6th edition brought together participants from Romania’s most prestigious universities along with guest speakers from France, Bulgaria, and Italy. Over 130 papers were presented. The Conference Proceedings was submitted for the first time to the Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters – ISI Proceedings. A special session for PhD students was included from this edition onward.
